Membership
If you are looking for a vital and vocal group helping to make a wholesome and healthy place in which to raise children, the Catholic Women’s League regularly voices its concern at International, Federal, State and Municipal levels. Your financial membership benefits the Catholic Women’s League at these levels by increasing the weight of numbers applying pressure in these forums.
Catholic Women’s League members are involved with assisting children, youth, families in need, the disabled, social justice, advocacy and education. Meals on Wheels, hospital visits, church cleaning, St Vincent de Paul, knitting for premature babies in various maternity hospitals, wrap with love rugs, garments for East Timor, migrant centres and overseas aid are further practical ways in which we make a difference. All this is done within the context of our Catholic Faith. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and Mary, Help of Christians, we give praise and thanks to our God.
Annual membership is $20 per member.
